This dealership needs a new management team . Lack of information, communications, and services. Keep in mind that in one month, he was on vacation 3 times, which I know it wasn't true . Do your job right Mr manager

Awful service. They are too busy and disorganized to offer good service. They made commitments they couldn't fulfill and it cost me 2 very important days I needed for travel causing me to miss my travel plans and costing me a lot of money. They wanted to overcharge me for services I didn't need and could not deliver on what I really needed done that they promised me. The manager was too busy to handle the matter and I'm so glad I found another place with quicker and more thorough service for half the price.

Sales department staff doesn't care about the custoners at all. They can't even be bothered to answer a few questions. But the staff at the service/maintenance department is absolutely great. They are super efficient, polite and helpful.

We own a Toyota 4-Runner and for regular service we go there. We met Rafael there. He recently changed to Nissan so I need some body work and he still is the BEST person that we have found down here for all our automotive needs. He's been a life saver !!!
